On the way
What we are building, working out or weighing up, and how far along each one is.
In progress
Being built and tested now.
Call follow-up from the shop phone
Missed calls already get a follow-up deadline and an after-hours reply. Next, recorded calls become follow-up tasks with a read of how the customer felt.
Phone alerts for staff
A notification on the right person's phone when a web order, chat or approval is waiting for them.
Courier booking for international orders
Live courier rates and tracking already work. Booking the shipment from inside Phronesis is next.
Researching
Working out how it should work, with real shop data.
Sales prediction
A model trained only on your own sales history that scores how likely a new product is to sell before you take it in, and forecasts demand by product, outlet and week.
Planned
Committed to, not started yet.
Loyalty tiers
Member levels with their own prices and rewards, on top of the points customers already earn.
Gift registries
Wedding and gift lists that guests can buy from in the shop or online, with the list kept up to date as they do.
An app for owners and managers
Sales, stock and approvals on your phone when you are away from the shop.
Investigating
Deciding whether it earns its place.
RFID tags
Tagged stock so a whole shelf counts at once. The till and stock counts are already built to take tag reads; we are judging when it pays for a shop of your size.
Don't see what your shop needs?
The roadmap follows what shops ask for. If your idea helps every Phronesis shop, it can join the roadmap at no cost to you. If it is specific to your shop, we quote it in writing before any work starts, at KES 4,400 an hour.
